Marcos holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, where he was born and raised. With over 30 years of corporate sales experience across computing (IBM, HP, Dell), satellite communications (Norsat), and batteries (Molicel), he has worked in Brazil, the US, and Canada.

As Director of Business Development at About:Energy, Marcos draws on five years at Molicel managing strategic customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has successfully grown accounts in aerospace, high-performance vehicles, motorsports, military, and medical sectors, gaining deep insight into the needs of both cell users and manufacturers.

A frequent flier and avid football fan, Marcos is focused on building trusted partnerships and helping customers accelerate cell characterisation and pack design for a more sustainable future.
